In late 1993 at a Veszprém University lecture a sympathetic and lovely girl, Frank Kati sitting next to me presented me with her drawing of this well-known cat she created there on her exercise book sheet. (Currently she is the director of the Heimatmuseum in Budaőrs).

A talented (and pretty) young Hungarian female artist, Bárdosi Katinka invited me to her 13 March, 2007 exhibition opening, held at Hotel Aquamarin in Héviz, Hungary. The photo shows one of her works on the cover of the paper base invitation that arrived by post.

I learnt half a year at noted Hungarian guitar teacher and musician, Bussy Gábor's music school in the mid-90s, and once I asked him to tell about his Desert Island Disc in Veszprém University's Egyetemünk paper.

In March 2000 a Portuguese translator and writer friend Fátima Castro Silva presented me with her above marvellous (Portuguese-English) Suzanne Vega book - Murmúrios Urgentes / Urgent Whispers (Assírio & Alvim , Portugal, 1994).

In 2001 a freelance photographer friend Vlad Arghir presented me with his nice photo book - Képek egy Leonard Cohen koncertről - Photos of a Leonard Cohen concert (PONT publishing, Budapest, 1999). Its 2 page foreword was written by acknowledged Hungarian singer, composer and performer Cseh Tamás. (My Zed Zee Zoltán logo was designed by Vlad).
